What platforms is Wylde Flowers on?
Wylde Flowers launched on Apple Arcade (February 2022) as an exclusive, then came to Nintendo Switch and Steam (Windows) in September 2022. It has since reached PlayStation 5 and Xbox as well. Your Fairhaven is waiting on most anything with a screen.
Is there multiplayer or co-op?
No — Wylde Flowers is a single-player game through and through. Fairhaven’s community is the company.
Are there paid DLC or expansions?
Updates have been free, and they’ve been substantial: post-launch updates added Year 2 content, new festivals, Eury Sinclair and the hair salon, and the hidden community of Ravenwood Hollow. No paid expansions required to see it all.
🌦️ Seasons & Farming
Do seasons change automatically?
No. This is the game’s signature twist: seasons change only when the coven performs the seasonal ritual at the coven circle, with you helping gather what’s needed. Take as long as you like in any season — see Energy, Time & Seasons and Spells & Rituals.
Do my crops die when the season changes?
Yes — out-of-season crops disappear after the season turns (you get a brief grace window of about a day after the ritual). Harvest everything before you cast, or accept the compost. Details in Crops.
Can I control when to do the ritual?
Yes. The ritual only happens when you’ve completed the offerings and choose to cast it, so you can stall a season indefinitely to finish crops, quests, or festival fun.

💞 Romance & Relationships
Can I date more than one person?
You can get to know and flirt with the candidates while unattached, but Fairhaven expects you to settle into one committed relationship — the story leads toward a single partner (and marriage). Choose with your heart; see Romance.
Who are the romance options?
Eight candidates, all genders romanceable by Tara: Kai Hoapili, Kim Izumi, Amira Syed, Cameron Conner, Giva, Damon Mthembu-Haas, plus later arrivals Eury Sinclair (Year 2) and Westley Vuk (Ravenwood Hollow).
Do other characters have friendship levels?
Yes — roughly thirty residents track Relationship Values, raised by chatting, gifting, and quests. See Friendship and Gift Preferences.
🕊️ Difficulty & Tone
Is there combat? Can I fail or die?
No combat, no death, no fail states worth fearing. Wylde Flowers is a cozy narrative farming sim — the stakes are emotional, not mortal. Energy limits your day, but running low just means bedtime, not disaster.
Is there a time limit on the story?
No. Story chapters wait for you, and since seasons don’t turn without you, nothing rots on the vine while you dawdle — see Story Overview.
Does the game end?
The main story runs through Year 2, concluding with the Winter Festival of Year 2 — but you can keep playing your farm and your relationships afterward.
