๐งฎ Crop Profit Calculator
Because Fairhaven's seasons only turn when you cast the ritual, the question is never "what month is it?" โ it's "how long will I stay?" Tell the ledger your season and your stay, and it will rank every specimen by coins per day.
This calculator runs on the same field records as the Crop Guide, pressed from the community wiki (CC BY-SA 3.0, as is this ledger). Coins/day is the wiki's measure: (sell price of a full harvest โ seed cost) รท days to grow โ a full harvest is several items from one sowing, which is why a bed out-earns a single fruit.
| # | Crop | Seeds | Grows in | Harvests | Net profit | Coins/day |
|---|
The Orchard, Kept Separately
Fruit trees don't belong in the seasonal race above: one 125-coin seedling from Kai's Treasures fruits in every season, forever, and never needs watering โ the ritual can't touch them. The wiki's coins/day for trees (initial growing time discounted) reads:
| Tree | Matures in | Then fruits every | Coins/day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple ๐ | ~15 days | 5 days | 22 |
| Mulberry ๐ซ | ~15 days | 5 days | 22 |
| Orange ๐ | ~16 days | 6 days | 18.3 |
| Lemon ๐ | ~15 days | 5 days | 18 |
| Lime ๐ | ~14 days | 4 days | 18 |
| Pomegranate ๐ฐ | ~19 days | 9 days | 12.2 |
Plant them early and they quietly out-earn most beds for the rest of the game โ details in Beekeeping & Orchards.
How the ledger is kept
- Profit per harvest is taken straight from the wiki's coins/day ร days to grow โ so a single sowing here always matches the Crop Guide's tables exactly.
- Net profit multiplies that by how many harvests fit in your stay (replanting after each one when the box is ticked) and by your number of beds. Coins/day divides it by the days of your stay.
- Cotton ๐งต can't be sold raw. Its ~39 coins/day โ the best in the game โ exists only at the loom, as cloth sold to Kai. Untick "I have a loom" and cotton politely leaves the table. See Artisan Goods.
- Flowers ๐ธ pay twice โ if you don't pick them. A blooming flower left standing feeds your beehives; the coins/day above assumes you harvest and sell it instead. You can't have both from the same bloom.
- Two specimens sit out for want of numbers: Hops can't be sold at all (it's for brewing), and the wiki ledger doesn't record Primrose's seed price โ though community guides call it the most profitable flower in the game.
- Crops that can't finish a single harvest inside your stay sink to the bottom of the table, marked as such. And harvest everything before you cast the ritual โ out-of-season crops wilt the moment it lands (Farming 101).
the ritual waits on you, not the other way round โ stay until the fennel's done paying โ
